Backlane Tapas & Wine Bar is Mooloolaba’s newest casual dining destination. Scheduled to open in mid-October, we will be offering an eclectic fusion menu which will take you on a sensory journey. Our chef, Nathan Rumble, will be sourcing local, fresh, seasonal produce (where possible) and has designed a delicious selection of creative dishes to excite every palate.

PINNACLE PICNIC POINT
We are right on schedule with the works at Pinnacle.
The lower basement slab was poured earlier this month along with installation of the steelfixers and drainage.
Walls throughout the lower basement are being erected which will form the basement 1 deck ready for preparation of the slab pour in early October.

The event was held on Friday 25th August at the Novotel Twin Waters Resort. With close to 600 local business people in the room, over $130,000 was raised for the Wishlist Foundation*. The afternoon was hosted by Natalie Barr and Mark Baretta of Seven Sunrise, and entertainment provided by Australian Rock legend Ian Moss. Along with raffles, auctions, great food, wine and company the afternoon was once again a huge success.
*The Wishlist Foundation, is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to fundraising for the needs of the
Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service.

ELYSEE UPDATE
With very minimal work left to be carried out to the exterior and interior of the development, Elysee is almost ready to be completely unveiled.
The internal features which are currently being installed include shower screens, mirrors, splash backs, carpets and final plumbing fixtures. Plus the remaining electrical items including lighting and whitegoods.
Landscaping, feature screens and glass balustrading to the podium level of the property exterior will be finalised by the end of August.

PINNACLE PICNIC POINT
Although still a large hole in the ground, the construction of Pinnacle is starting to take off.
We are currently preparing the lower basement slab, with steelfixers installing reinforcement and plumbers installing drainage. At this stage we will be pouring the lower basement slab in early September.
90% of the development has already sold and it's no wonder, with the beautiful views and access to the Maroochydore River.

The team at Pinnacle are busy excavating down to the final level of the second basement.
The crane base will be installed next week, then it's not too much longer until we'll be working up rather than down!

Work is progressing well at Elysee with scaffolding almost completely down and internal fit out well underway.
